My boyfriend and I stayed together for a year and have been together for 2 years. He moved to Asia while I am in UK for a work for a term of one year. We hit a rough patch during the early months of our LDR and he suggested to break up. I begged him to be strong and i flew down to visit him for two weeks hoping it'll help reaffirm our love, etc. Whilst there, i told him to talk openly what is troubling him so we can try work it out, however he avoided the conversation briefly telling me he doesn't want to be tied down. I went back and things hasn't changed. He e-mailed me telling me he needs time to think things over. I am hanging by the line and tried to save this relationship but every suggestion how to cope with the LDR is thrown back at me. We have 5 months to go. He recently told me he had a feeling that he can't put his finger on that this relationship is missing something. He doesn't know the thing that is missing. He is still thinking over whether to continue or to leave while i am over here waiting. What can i do? what is missing??
