England and Greece! Should I move??HELP!!! Anna 2006 Nov 05 07:44 PM

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 and half years, he is absolutely the love of my life, my everything,my world. He is Greek American and was studying in london until last oct, when he moved back to Greece.

Initially he wanted me to move over and kept saying that he was going to get a flat, and I of course would move there, as at the moment he still lives at home. Since being back he has set up his own company, and is totally consumed with work. We do see each other at least every 4weeks and speak on the phone a few times a day! Problem is he now feels like it would be a bad idea for us to live together as he feels it would be very final and put alot of pressure on him when he needs to concentrate on work. I can't speak greek and I don't have any friends over there, so he feels like he would be totally responsible for me.

he tells me all the time that he can't imagine his life without me, but at the same time he is losing energy as I am often very upset at the situation. I really don't know what to do? The only real option is to move there by myself, but who would I live with?? and what would i do??Is there any one else in a similar situation? For me breaking up is not an option, but i just really don't know how to make it better! if i knew roughly when and how we could be together permantly i know i wouldn't get so emotional. Sometimes i do feel really depressed about it what do i do ??? any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!!:)
