I was in an overseas ldr for 9 months. We are now married with a baby and have been for three and a half years.

I think you should tell him. More likely than not he is going through the same thing. The way you worded it makes it sound like you have done something he might not like. If you have than I am not sure what to tell you. While i was away my bf was kissed by another girl. He stopped things but he didnt tell me until we were together again. I can honestly say i am glad. But that is not always the best thing to do.
I would suggest you talk to him about how frustrated you are and decide for yourself (if you have done something that you need to tell him about) wether or not you will tell him.
If you are sure he is the one you owe it to your self and to him to be honest with him. The truth will always set you free.
