| Need IDEAS in planning a LONG DISTANCE Birthday Party

| My love turns 40 this year. We've been dating for a year now -- he lives in Maryland and I in Georgia. On his 40th birthday he will be traveling -- which makes it even more difficult to plan a special party on his special day.
He will be working, and although I don't know his co-workers very well, I am tempted to contact them to ask their assistance in planning something special.
My question to the group -- what can I do? I'm not very creative and lost for ideas.
