| Long distance marriage

| | I am married to a great guy and we have a long distant relationship. We've been together for a year now and I am pregnant and due in a couple of months. We live in different countries. I am in New York finishing my education. He has a great job and makes a lot of money but I don't want to be a stay at home mom and I know that without a degree my chances of getting the job I want are almost none. We see each other almost every month with him doing most of the traveling. My dilemma is that I really want to be with my husband and move with him but at the same time I want to graduate. I will be graduationg next year and by then our baby will be almost a year old. Am I being too selfish?? sometimes I feel I am giving to much importance to my education and by that hurting my family. My husband is ok with me staying here and finishing. He understands and appreciates that I want to be a working mom. I just don't know what to do. Any advice? |
