In this year i've been through this crazy phase of meeting and getting involved with the wrong guyz.He was either too old, had a girlfriend, was married without me knowing it or on the rebound.I was begining to think that maybe all i attract are creeps. i always pictured myself meeting the guy of my dreams, him having curly hair, being funny and just loving me for who i am.I was at the stage when i was totally going to give up hope of me ever finding true love.Little did I know what was going to happen to me.
My friend invited me to her art exhibition and i decided to go. As we arrived everybody gathered around to watch this performance art thing. I appreciated the art but really did'nt want to be there.As I looked around someone caught my eye, there he was, the guy of my dreams.WOW, he had beautiful curly hair, this gentle look on his face and he just totally stood out in the crowd. For the whole night we stared at eachother until my friend finally introduced us. Since the minute that we started talking we had this unbelievable chemistry.We had so much in common and i just could'nt believe what was happening.We walked around talked about the art but mostly about eachother.As he left i watched him walked away and i said to myself"please look back, please look back"i believe that if a guy looks back when he walks away he wants to see you again.He walked of into the distance and then looked back,TWICE!!!.
I dont know how i knew but I could feel that he was the one for me, and for some reason we were meant to meet.Now were in the beginning phase of what looks like a potential relationship.
I truely believe in love at first site,and I fell inlove with him the moment that i saw him. Im truelly happy for once in a long time.
The catch is that he's leaving for Dubai at the end of the year to work there for a year.I believe that if two people are really meant to be together then they will.Love is not about how you let go but how you hold on and sumhow i know that we are gonna be ok, long distance relationships work all the time. I will miss holding him everyday but i'll visit.Until he leaves i'm going to treasure every moment that we have together and hold those memories when his gone.
And to think i almost gave up hope of ever meeting the guy of my dreams, but now i realise that the reason why I met all those wrong guys was so that I would know when i met the right one.
